Who we are
Sharp Consulting Group is a multi-award-winning recruitment agency with over 100 consultants across Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. The organization has its footprint in America too, with an office in Pennsylvania. We provide specialist recruitment services to over 300 clients.
Founded in 2021, we’ve become renowned for connecting talented candidates and brilliant organizations within the IT, Internet & E-commerce, retail, telecom, education, healthcare, media & entertainment, FMCG, Lifesciences, Consumer durables & Building Materials, Electrical & Electronics and Services. Accredited as the 17th biggest Manpower Consulting Firm in India by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

In the last 12 months we have invested heavily in state-of-the-art recruitment technology, a powerful job search database and a new, refreshed brand identity. These tools are there to support our consultants to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Sharp Consulting Group is the vision of husband-wife duo Kunal and Chaitanya Sharma, founded in 2021 as a small city headhunting firm. As a result, family values are in our DNA – and that feeds through into our company culture, and the way we treat our employees, candidates and clients.
Mid 2021, the company expanded into the mid and senior level hiring for the first time – placing CEOs at demanding positions with huge conglomerates. This triggered a period of sustained growth within the management cadres, and ultimately led to the remarkable achievement of winning Best Recruitment Agency Awards from esteemed clients in the E-commerce and the Fintech space.
Following this success, we extended our offering to start-up businesses and service organisations in the education, finance, technology, property and professional services sectors. And we’re now proud to be a specialist multi-sector, multi-service recruitment business with clients and dedicated teams in every corner of India.
